Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM Occasional Weekends

Position Summary:
A full time barista will serve as a cornerstone of the Grit Grind experience, setting the standard for customer service, team support, and daily operations. This role requires a friendly, self-motivated, and service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in going above and beyond for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an unforgettable customer experience — every time. Greet customers warmly, engage genuinely, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
- Ensure smooth daily operations that adhere to Grit Grind standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and customer areas throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory tracking and product restocking, as needed.
- Train and support new team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Represent the Grit Grind brand with positivity and integrity both on and off the clock.
- Communicate clearly with management regarding scheduling, feedback, and customer insights.
