As a Referral Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations in a role that blends meaningful customer service, relationship-building, scheduling, and case management. What You’ll Do:
- Partner with our Office Manager on scheduling, marketing, recruiting, and key administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly.
- Conduct thoughtful telephone intakes and initial home visits (using our company vehicle) with new or prospective clients — explaining our services and helping secure service agreements.
- Perform follow-up visits with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and the highest quality of care.
- Manage all scheduling needs, including caregiver placements, replacements, and substitutions.
- Resolve client, family, and caregiver concerns with empathy, professionalism, and creative problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and caregiver files to support compliance with internal, state, and federal standards.
- Screen, interview, and thoughtfully match caregivers to clients’ unique needs.
- A nurturing, empathetic heart and genuine compassion for others.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence.
- High emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid documentation habits.
