Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule caregivers for clients
- Handle initial client intake calls and gather care needs
- Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers
- Assist with caregiver hiring, onboarding, and coordination
- Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
- Support day-to-day operations and care coordination
- Provide compassionate, professional customer service
- Fluent in English/Mandarin(Chinese)
- Experience in home care, healthcare, caregiving, or scheduling preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling sensitive client information
- Able to multitask and problem-solve independently
- Familiarity with home care software is a plus (training provided)
