Line Cook

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years in high-volume or fine dining/upscale restaurant.

• Passion for hospitality and understanding of positive team culture.

• Knowledge of service and operations for high volume restaurant.

• Availability for full-time employment, flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Executive Chef Eric Cook opened Gris-Gris in 2018 and the restaurant quickly joined many of the "best of" lists for dining in New Orleans. The restaurant features an open kitchen where guests can see all the action that happens in the kitchen, plus one of the best balconies in the city. Open for lunch and dinner, Gris-Gris serves classic Southern dishes and New Orleans favorites.
