Grinville Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused practice committed to delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Schedule
Full-Time
* Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Occasional Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (approximately one Saturday per month)
Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive dental hygiene examinations
* Provide preventive and periodontal therapy
* Take diagnostic radiographs
* Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
* Maintain accurate clinical records
* Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
* Support treatment acceptance through patient education and communication
Periodontal Experience Required
Our practice has a strong periodontal program and a high volume of scaling and root planing (SRP) treatment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable diagnosing periodontal disease, presenting treatment recommendations, and performing SRPs efficiently while maintaining an excellent patient experience.
Qualifications
* Active Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist license
* Current CPR certification
* Strong periodontal knowledge and clinical skills
* Comfortable performing a high volume of SRPs and periodontal therapy
* Excellent communication and patient education skills
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
