Position Description
Shift Managers lead restaurant operations to ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service every visit. This role provides leadership to crew members and other managers while maintaining high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities include planning and overseeing shifts, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with operational standards, maintaining safety and security, supporting profitability goals, and communicating effectively with the next shift leader to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications
