- Utilize strong communication skills to deliver clear, courteous, and professional advice on their vehicle repairs.
- Assist clients with sales opportunities by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Handle outbound calling to customers to finalize and answer any questions on their repairs.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to ensure every interaction is positive and productive
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and continuous improvement
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
- Dealertrack DMS experience is helpful, or willing to learn.
- Experience with data entry, cash handling, or typing at a fast pace is beneficial
- Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies will help you excel in this role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone and digital channels with professionalism and clarity
- Prior experience in automotive customer service, we are looking for someone confident in understanding what it takes to repair vehicles and customers can feel confident in our recommendations.
