Caring Teacher Assistant Needed for Full-Time or Part Time Position!
Join our dedicated team at Grin-N-Giggles Child Care Center in Albany and help us create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners! We are currently seeking a compassionate and energetic Full-Time or Part TimeTeacher Assistant to support our teachers in delivering exceptional care and educational experiences.
As a Teacher Assistant, you will be involved in all aspects of the daily classroom routine, including assisting with age-appropriate activities, engaging children in play-based learning, supporting individual needs, helping with transitions, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. Your positive attitude and collaborative spirit will contribute significantly to our children's growth and well-being.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A genuine love for children and a commitment to their development.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the children and the classroom.
- A proactive and responsible work ethic.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid or completion upon hiring.
- Certificate in Abusive Head Trauma, and Sudden Unexpected Death Syndrome or upon hiring along with eight qualifying semester college credits.
Schedule: Full-time or Part time hours, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
