QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

About the Opportunity:
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor responsible for overseeing and assure compliance with product quality and food safety programs at the facilities. In addition, assist with Quality and Food Safety training for all facility personnel, assist with coordinating and performing internal plant audits, and prepare for outside audits at facilities.

What You Will Need:
- Four-year degree in Biology, Food Science, or related field preferred but not required in lieu of direct experience.
- Must have knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety.
- Must be able to read and write procedures, update existing documents and develop and create new Food Safety manuals.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all aspects of the job at all times.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain high quality standards without supervision.
- Occasional travel to out of state facilities and growing regions may be required.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What Will Set You Apart:

Total Rewards: $24.00 - $30.00 / HOUR

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
