Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Junior Analyst/Executive Admin Support responsible to Provide executive level administrative support to the Vice President of Farming and financial analysis assistance for the Ag Finance Team. This is a dual position that will give internal business insight and practical finance experience. What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field.
- Must be able to perform executive level administrative duties including managing correspondence, organizing schedules, making travel plans, organization of office processes and procedures, assisting with development of presentations and documents, and other tasks that assist with the management of employees.
- Must also be able to interpret and assist with basic financial analyses, data interpretation and manipulation formulating reports, and assisting with group projects and preparation of reports.
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Exceptional grammar and writing skills required and must be a good communicator.
- High competency required using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess a problem- solving mentality, be extremely detail-oriented, organized, have strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Must have the ability to work with different people and personalities and be willing to accept both advanced and menial tasks.
- Must be able to handle confidential and/or privileged information responsibly and be trustworthy.
- Remote work not available for this position.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background
What Will Set You Apart:
- Experience using Power Pivot and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Total Rewards: $68,640 - $80,000 / YEAR

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Salary : $68,640 - $80,000
