Experience
- Proven factory experience with a strong background in manufacturing or assembly environments
- Hands-on experience managing production or assembly teams within a manufacturing facility
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documents accurately
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and experience implementing safety protocol adherence
- Skilled in operating measuring instruments, power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and other factory equipment
- Experience with process improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing methodologies
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to mechanical assembly processes and troubleshooting machinery
