Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take and deliver customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any questions and concerns they may have.
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Past experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- A valid food handlers card.
