Duties
- Manage daily food truck operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quick and efficient service.
- Supervise staff training, and shift management to foster a motivated and well-coordinated team.
- Oversee inventory control, and maintaining accurate stock levels to prevent waste and ensure freshness.
- Operate Square POS system for accurate cash handling and sales processing.
- Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures to comply with health regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong leadership capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within a mobile or casual dining environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems including Square for sales transactions and reporting.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong organizational skills in inventory control, and food safety management.
- Effective communication skills for supervising staff, conducting training sessions, and managing team dynamics.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, budgeting, and profit analysis; attention to detail is essential.
