Server's Assistant

Position Summary

The Server Assistant supports the service team by delivering food accurately, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service flow.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately

• Maintain dining room cleanliness and reset tables

• Assist servers during peak service

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff

• Follow all sanitation and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently

• Ability to work in a high-volume environment

Work Environment

• Indoor restaurant setting

• Exposure to hot plates and moderate noise

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
