The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, developing team members, protecting standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance service, people, and operational execution while upholding the culture, policies, and brand standards of Larkin’s Restaurants.
What Success Looks Like- Daily operations run smoothly and consistently across front and back of house
- Team members are coached, developed, and held accountable to standards
- Guests receive excellent hospitality and issues are resolved professionally
- Policies, systems, and procedures are followed consistently
- Labor, service, cleanliness, and execution standards are protected every shift
- The restaurant maintains a strong culture of leadership, professionalism, and accountability
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Lead shifts with a visible, hands-on management presence
- Coach, train, develop, and evaluate team members
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and discipline
- Resolve guest concerns and protect service recovery standards
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational consistency
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest experience
- Partner with culinary and service teams to ensure strong communication and execution
- Monitor labor, productivity, and shift performance
- Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
- Company-approved alcohol service certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent restaurant leadership role
- Proven leadership ability in a full-service restaurant environment
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to hold standards and lead a team under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and operational discipline
- Proven performance track record in hospitality leadership
- Minimum 50-hour workweek
- Full open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items needed to support restaurant operations, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Completion of required hiring assessments prior to application review
- Certification uploads required in Proliant
- Background screening required for this role, consistent with applicable law
- Employment eligibility verification required upon hire, including completion of I-9 documentation and E-Verify
