Head Cashier

The Grill House is an exciting fast-casual restaurant located in the heart of the food court at Salmon Run Mall. We specialize in mouth-watering authentic Mediterranean cuisine fused with traditional American flavors. Our commitment to quality ingredients and exceptional customer service sets us apart, and we're looking for energetic Cashier/Assistant Managers to join our team

Head Cashier Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing ingredients, orders, quality control, quality assurance of all orders
• Responsible for expert food preparation and ingredient handling.
• Responsible for assisting with inventory and stocking restuarant
• Front-of-House respresentative: cashier, order and ticket management
• Proactive presentation, explanation, and education on the restaurant menu
• Maintaining Cleanliness of the restaurant and organization of Front of House
• Responsible for auditing sales and accounting for cash

Head Cashier Required Characteristics:

• High Energy, Charismatic, Sociable, Good with People, Well Spoken
• 1 years of customer service experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry
• Comfortable managing high-pressure situations, good problem-solving skills
• Punctuality, Presentability, Proactivity, Communication, Taking Initiative
• Works Well with Others, Team Player, "Ask Questions First"-Attitude

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in customer service, and food service
• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting
• Ability to handle food safely and efficiently
• Bonus: Experience in catering and serving roles
