- Serve as the cybersecurity point of contact within the Technical Support department
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Regulatory teams to assess and address cybersecurity risks
- Support secure configuration, patch management, and vulnerability remediation
- Assist in incident response and root cause analysis for cybersecurity-related issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., FDA, MDR, ISO/IEC 27001)
- Maintain documentation and reports related to cybersecurity activities
- Provide training and awareness on cybersecurity best practices
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspections as needed
- Contribute to the development of secure support processes and tools
- Stay current with emerging threats and technologies in medical device cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with diagnostic instruments, embedded systems, and networked medical devices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and incident response practices
