This role is designed for someone who wants to become a Store Manager and eventually lead multiple locations as the company continues to grow.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Train and develop team members
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
• Help recruit and onboard new employees
• Analyze sales, labor, and performance metrics
• Support community events and partnerships
• Help build a culture people are proud to be part of
