As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Human Resource Assistant.
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Assistant will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and updating HR databases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with HR databases
- Onboard new hires
- Support payroll processing
- Maintain accurate employee records
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree business administration
- 1-2 years prior experience in office administration,
- Attention to confidentiality and data protection
- Strong Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
