Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to enhance results
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet goals
- Monitor team performance and provide insights for improvement
- Lead by example by engaging in sales activities and client interactions
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure high-quality client interactions and satisfaction
- Support sales representatives in navigating complex client needs
- Maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques and industry best practices

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in life insurance or financial services
- Strong sales background with a history of meeting or exceeding targets

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to lead a remote team successfully
