Custom Culinary, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods,is hiringaPlantHRBusiness PartnertosupporttheOswego, ILmanufacturingfacility,a site with approximately60employees.In this role, youwill bea trusted member of the Oswego Leadership Team, partnering with the Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Supervisors to drive HR programs, align operational goals, and build an inclusive culture.

AsaPlant HR Business Partner,your responsibilitieswill include:
Partneringwith departmental and business leaders on strategic initiatives, including organizational engagement and culture, business transformation and restructures, workforce planning, performance management, career pathing, and succession planning
Collaboratingwith leaders toidentifytraining needs, ensure completion of required training, and support leadership, and development
Recommendingtraining programs and partner with the HR Director and regional Talent Management Team on career development tools, competency matrices, leadership programs, HR orientation, and the annual performance review process
Workingclosely with management and employees to improve work relationships, strengthen morale, increase productivity, and enhance retention
Providingguidance and coaching to associates and leadersregardingengagement, performance management, talent assessment, career development, and retention strategies
Leadingthe off-boarding process, conductingexit interviews,identifyingtrends, and recommendingimprovements
Administerthe end-to-end process for FMLA, short-term disability, workers' compensation, and leave-of-absence claims in partnership with team members and supervisors, ensuring compliance with facility OSHA requirements.
Conductnew hireonboarding, both virtually and in person, and processing all documentsfor new team members for Oswego, IL

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, OrganizationalLeadership,or related field.
At least 5 yearsof progressive HR experiencein warehouse,logistics, or manufacturing.
Current location within a commutable distance to Oswego, Illinois.Relocation support is not available.
Willingness to be onsite5daysa weekinOswego, Illinois.
