COMP RANGE: $75,000 - $80,000

As An EMS Engineer, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting environmental management in ensuring compliance with local regulations, the site’s environmental policy, and global requirements
- Coordinating the site's legal review to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and implementing the required Action Plan.
- Implements the site's ISO 14001 certification process.
- Consolidating, tracks, and reports on environmental metrics and incidents using the tools and platforms provided by the Global Team.
- Leading efforts to improve environmental metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of the ISO 14001 Standard is a plus.
- Participation in environmental audits under ISO 14001 is a plus.
- Knowledge of local environmental regulations is desired.
- A degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred, but chemical or industrial engineering is also applicable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all departments and all levels of the organization required.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Prior EMS experience.
