Griffith Foods is hiring a Data Entry S pecialist to communicate formula and product information to manufacturing sites and cross functional departments for commercialization.

As a Data Entry Specialist , your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining Master Formula Data information in Griffith Applications and creating Formula Data in the D365 ERP System by following written protocols and procedures.
Ensuring information that is received is complete and accurate prior to executing updates or changes in any system
This position is related to the correct set up of every item sold by Griffith Foods US . A critical error in data could lead to incorrect production of product with potential Health & Safety implications and/or product recall.
Communicating internally as a formula information resource for R&D Scientists, Samples Team, Regulatory and other departments on an ongoing basis.
Troubleshooting formula related matters to ensure samples and operations can be manufactured without issues or delays.
The Data Entry Specialist position is well-suited for you if you:
Have a strong attention to detail
Have experience multi-tasking with speed for extended periods of time.
Have experience requiring constant attention to multiple systems, switching platforms and changing priorities quickly.
Have extensive experience in entering data, learning about and understanding the data, and then organizing and providing that data to cross functional teams.
Can handle and maintain confidential formulas and technical information with a high level of confidentiality
Have strong communication skills.
Are willing to learn new skills and frequently adapt to change
Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office D365 for data management.
Have research and reconciliation skills in order to troubleshoot issues that arise.
Qualified candidates will have:
Associate’s degree preferred but not required .
Ex tensive experience in data entry and management that requires extreme accuracy.
Experience multi-tasking data entry and management with speed for extended periods of time.
Experience requiring constant attention to multiple systems at once, switching platforms and changing priorities quickly.
W illingness to work onsite in Alsip, IL 3- 5 days per week .

Experience with Griffith Applications System
Experience with Microsoft's D365 ERP System

Periodic onsite meetings may occur at our Lombard or Alsip (IL) locations.
This role is affiliated to the ALSIP, IL location , and candidates for this role need to reside within a commutable distance to that location and will be requi red to come into that location . You may be asked to travel to other location s periodicall y for meetings .
