Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver parts and equipment
- Assist in the warehouse organization and receiving of equipment
- Make sure scheduled jobs have all parts required to complete the installation.
- Assist with the installation of HVAC equipment
- Communicate with Dispatcher and Service departments
- Utilize all applicable safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Exhibit courteous and helpful behavior towards customers and third parties
Requirements:
As a Parts Runner/ Install Helper, you will combine technical expertise with a personable, approachable, and helpful personality. You must also be highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature. It is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as a commitment to providing the best and most responsive customer service.
Specific qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy
- Ability to obtain a DOT certification
- Willingness to expand your technical, repair and install knowledge
- Ability to support our company brand as an advocate
