Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Ensure a smooth and even finish by sanding and buffing painted surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to minimize risks
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
Experience:
- Previous experience in auto restoration, auto body repair, or painting is preferred
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment is beneficial
- Ability to estimate time and materials needed for painting projects is desirable
- Attention to detail and precision in color matching and application techniques
