This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role based in Fort Collins, CO. The Leasing Consultant will handle day-to-day leasing activities, including showing available rental properties, managing lease applications, and assisting prospective and current residents. The role also involves supporting resident retention efforts, addressing tenant inquiries, and promoting excellent customer service. Timely and accurate administration of leasing documentation will be a key responsibility of this position, alongside contributing to community engagement and property occupancy goals.

• Proficiency in lease management, lease agreements, and lease administration processes.
• Strong customer service and resident retention skills, with the ability to foster positive tenant relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with prospective residents, current tenants, and team members.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage leases and tenant records efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently as needed.
• Previous property management or leasing experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of property management software and tools is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or coursework in property management or real estate is preferred.
