Key Responsibilities

• Identify pest concerns and determine appropriate treatment solutions
• Safely prepare, mix, and apply approved pest control treatments
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and properly handle equipment
• Operate vehicles, tools, and equipment according to safety standards
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations related to pest management

Required Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 1–2 years of pest control experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Final pay structure will be discussed with qualified candidates in accordance with local pay transparency requirements.
