Job Summary

The Paraeducator provides general support to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other students with learning and/or psychological needs, helping them achieve academic and social-emotional success. This role involves working closely with Special Education teachers, the School Psychologist, and other school leaders to coordinate and implement services that foster student growth and engagement. The Paraeducator also assists in organizing and facilitating interventions to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
