We are now looking for an experiencedPlumbing Project Managerto join our dynamic Plumbing project management team.Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Plumbing Project Manager to work with our project management team in the Commercial, High Rise Residential, Healthcare and Hospitality industry in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management procedures, excellent communication skills, an affable demeanor, a high level of organizational skills, and a proven track record. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of plumbing materials and methods and should be able to read plumbing plans. The candidate will work in close proximity with Supervisors and ownership to learn company-specific operations.Pay:$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearKey Responsibilities:Provide regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones.Allocate labor, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines.Write change orders and manage submittals and closeout documentation .Review and interpret plumbing blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work .Schedule work teams to ensure deadlines are met.Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.Compile submittal packages for trade contractors and handle AIA invoicing.Qualifications and Requirements:Approximately 10 years of experience as a Plumbing Project Manager or Plumbing Job Superintendent or Foreman.Familiarity with AIA invoicing and the ability to compile submittal packages for trade contractors.Previous hands-on experience in the plumbing industry is a plus.Strong ability to review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.Experience scheduling crews and coordinating work to meet project timelines.Experience allocating labor, materials, and resources to meet deadlines.Ability to write change orders and manage submittals and closeout documentation.Ability to provide regular project updates and manage changes and milestones.Proven experience managing relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.Native or fluent English speaker.Strong computing proficiency, including email and the MS Office suite.Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.What We Offer:Competitive base salaryHealth insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidays
