Duties
- Must have reliable transportation as travel to multiple locations is necessary. Assist with facilities maintenance projects such as painting or performing routine inspections to identify potential issues early.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Responsibilities include Rodent and Pest Control, general repairs and maintenance.
- Weekly inspections, Unit cleaning and maintenance, weed control and tree trimming.
- Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret information regarding overlocking units
- Excellent communication skills in English; able to clearly understand issues or instructions.
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
