We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service. Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
• Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate information is recorded in the system.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with check-out procedures, including processing payments and handling billing inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Skills

• Proven experience in front desk operations or guest relations within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles is advantageous.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
