Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical discipline.
- 3 years of program or project management experience within a low-mix, low-volume(LMLV), machine shop, or rapid-prototyping manufacturing facility.
- Certification or training in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Project, Wrike or Trello as well as ERP/MRP systems configured for low-volume customization, and digital production scheduling software.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
