Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the service center
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and mentor a team of automotive technicians and support staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating work shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license
