Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concrete Finisher located in Howey in the Hills, FL. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for performing tasks such as preparing and setting concrete forms, smoothing and leveling surfaces, and operating power tools and equipment, while ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in the use of power tools and heavy equipment required for concrete construction
- Experience with formwork and flatwork techniques
- Skills in basic carpentry and projects related to concrete applications
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to effectively collaborate with a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction, OSHA training, or related areas are a plus
- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role preferred
