Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Medical Billing Company | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle for our growing medical billing company specializing in behavioral health, ABA therapy, and substance use disorder (SUD) services.
The Director of RCM will lead our billing team, ensure efficient revenue operations, and maintain high performance in claims management, authorizations, and payer follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise authorization specialists handling ABA and SUD treatment authorizations
- Oversee insurance eligibility verification processes
- Manage billing entry and charge posting workflows
- Review billing for accuracy after entry prior to claim submission
- Supervise claims follow-up and denial management teams
- Monitor payer reimbursements and ensure timely collections
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly revenue cycle reports
- Identify workflow improvements to maximize reimbursement and reduce denials
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements and billing regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health, ABA, or SUD billing preferred
- Experience managing claims follow-up and denial resolution
- Leadership experience supervising billing staff
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with billing platforms and clearinghouses

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
