Griffin Ford is looking for a skilled A-Level Body Shop Technician to join our growing collision team. We are searching for a highly experienced technician who can handle major collision repairs, structural repairs, diagnostics, and complete jobs efficiently while maintaining top-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Perform major collision and structural repairs
- Frame and unibody repairs
- Metal finishing, welding, and panel replacement
- Diagnose repair needs and repair vehicles to OEM standards
- Work closely with estimators and management
- Maintain productivity and high-quality standards
- Help mentor lower-level technicians when needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years body shop experience preferred
- Strong structural and collision repair knowledge
- I-CAR certifications preferred
- Ability to complete repairs independently
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ford experience is a plus
