- Process and handle warranty claims promptly using specialized insurance claims management software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Interpret warranty policies, coverage details, and technical documentation to determine claim eligibility.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, and warranty providers to clarify claim information and negotiate resolutions.
- Maintain meticulous records of all warranty transactions, including filing supporting documents or repair invoices.
- Ensure compliance with warranty regulations and regulatory standards related to claims adjudication and litigation.
- Assist in audits and ensure adherence to warranty regulation standards while supporting claims negotiation efforts.
