Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and tire rotations
- Complete multi-point inspections (MPIs)
- Check and top off fluids
- Inspect brakes, tires, and suspension components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with service advisors and technicians to keep workflow moving efficiently
- Follow all Ford and dealership safety procedures
- Assist with additional maintenance services as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Team-oriented mindset
