Griffin Armament (www.griffinarmament.com) is a market leader in small arms suppression devices (silencers) small arms accessories, and firearms. With over 2o years of national brand presence, a vertically integrated manufacturing headquarters, a bonafide network, and a solid product line, we are armed with tools for success in our marketplace. Griffin is looking for a Sales Manager to add to our winning team to work on site inside our Watertown, WI headquarters.

Daily duties can / will include :

  • CO-Managing the company sales team and sales strategies and systems
  • Managing direct reports and department in various areas of operations
  • Communicating with accounts (account maintenance)
  • Intermittent travel for to ~6 trade shows per year
  • Reporting monthly on all dept sales and activities
  • Assisting with interviewing and hiring for various positions
  • Solid understanding of computers and systems
  • Ability to learn software and data manage quickly
  • Well spoken, personable, and professional
  • Ethical and dedicated to "the golden rule"
  • Motivation to succeed daily
  • Free thinking which contributes to asymmetric business strategy
  • Motivation to accept new challenges and improve

Compensation is base salary plus commission. Career position includes competitive health insurance benefits, vacation / PTO, and bonus' . Re-location bonus available for qualified candidates. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
