Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and promptly upon arrival
- Determine and record customers' needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle
- Provide customers with clear and accurate estimates
- Acquire customer authorization for all repairs
- Establish a promise time and agreed pick-up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
