HR/Payroll Assistant – Grieco Automotive Group (Delray Beach)
Grieco Automotive Group is seeking a professional, positive, and detail‑oriented HR/Payroll Assistant to join our team. This is a new addition to the department as we continue to take on expanded responsibilities within the organization.

Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with new‑hire orientations
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Assist with the daily administration of employee insurance benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and changes
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR team
- Respond to employee questions and requests with excellent customer service
- Support HR with projects, reporting, and additional departmental duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively with team members
- 2 years of HR‑related administrative experience
- Automotive dealership industry experience preferred
- ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must pass a pre‑employment background check
