Automotive Accounting Billing Specialist

Responsibilities Include:
- Bill New and Used car deals into accounting.
- Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institutions in a timely manner.
- Process dealer trades in and out.
- Generate and maintain the salesperson’s commission reports and list of commissions on-hold.
- Route paid deals to the tag and title clerk for processing as soon as money is received
- Rdr all new and CPO deals to the factory
- Review 100% of documents for accuracy (customer, lien holder, manufacturer and financial information)
- Reconciles various General ledger schedules.
- Post funding entries retrieved from banking activity.
- Weekly tracking of deals out
- Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and collaborate with team members.
- 2 years of prior Accounting Billing Specialist experience
- Prior CDK experience preferred.
- Prior Dealer Track experience a plus
- High caliber of self-motivation
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of dealership process
- Ability to work independently, remain flexible, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level attention to detail and organization
- Strong Mathematical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
