What you'll do:
- Perform Residential fiber installation
- Observe all safety rules and regulations
- Assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
- Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company's products and services to our customers
- Actively support sales and marketing related activities
- Accountability/dependability (on time and on load when scheduled and serve on call as needed)
- Asking relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions
- Active Learning (curious seeker of new information and actively works to improve skills and knowledge)
- Assume all other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- Must have experience in the field of Residential Fiber Installation.
- Technician must have their own truck, van, or SUV with a ladder rack and 28’ fiberglass ladder with V-rung and mid-span hooks as well as all climbing equipment
- Technician must have their own tools to perform the job. An Android Smart phone is also a requirement.
- Technician must have lace up boots with a defined 1/2-inch heel. Other PPE may be required by local management.
- Must be available to work flexible hours. Weekend work may be required.
- Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. continuously.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.
