Lead Nuvolo Engineer / Solution Architect

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Nuvolo Engineer to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise asset management, facilities management, and workplace solutions built on the Nuvolo platform. Nuvolo is a ServiceNow-based solution used to manage facilities, assets, maintenance operations, capital planning, real estate, and workplace services. Industry references describe Nuvolo as a native ServiceNow application supporting enterprise asset and workplace management workflows.
The Lead Nuvolo Engineer will provide technical leadership, solution architecture, platform governance, and hands-on development support across complex implementations. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, facilities teams, IT organizations, and executive leadership to deliver scalable enterprise solutions that streamline operations and improve asset lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Serve as the primary technical lead for all Nuvolo platform initiatives.
- Define platform architecture, development standards, and implementation best practices.
- Lead a team of Nuvolo developers, ServiceNow developers, business analysts, and administrators.
- Provide technical oversight for upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and production support activities.
Design and implement end-to-end Nuvolo solutions supporting:
- Asset Management
- Facilities Management
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Work Order Management
- Space and Workplace Management
- Capital Planning & Projects
- Real Estate Portfolio Management
Build and maintain:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Workflows / Flow Designer
- Integrations
- Forms and Dashboards
Support ServiceNow platform administration as required.
Lead platform migrations, patching activities, and version upgrades.
Integrations
Design and implement integrations with:
- ServiceNow
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- IoT/Operational Technology platforms
- GIS systems
- HR and Finance systems
- Utilize REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct workshops with Facilities, Real Estate, Operations, and IT teams.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Present recommendations and status updates to executive leadership.
Governance & Support
- Establish platform governance and data management standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
Experience
- 8 years of enterprise application implementation experience.
- 5 years supporting ServiceNow platforms.
- 3 years of hands-on Nuvolo implementation experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale deployments and modernization efforts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
