The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
• Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
• Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Here’s What You Need:

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years SAP ECC and S/4HANA development experience
• Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ability to align SAP project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams.
• Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
• Mandatory Qualifications:

• In-depth expertise in SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, custom Fiori development, and Business Workflow

• Project-specific requirements:

• Active Secret clearance
• No dual citizenship
• Based in St. Louis or weekly M-F travel to St. Louis
• S/4HANA project experience

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Requires Secret Clearance.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $100-150k (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Education:

• SAP BW 4HANA: 3 years (Preferred)
• SAP Application Development: 3 years (Required)
