Job Title: Talent Sourcing Manager
Department: Human Resources

Reports to Talent Acquisition Manager

Also supporting our mission is an array of advanced technology, the centerpiece of which is our proprietary Keystone 811 ticket routing and workforce management system. Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. Factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Actively source potential candidates through on site and online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Community Based Organizations
    • Foster that relationship
    • Find ways for the company to be involved with the key locations so that we are the preferred choice for fielding candidates
      • This may include visits to the locations, involvement in the classes, mock interviews, etc.
  • Colleges and High Schools that are key to our industry for feeding candidates
    • Foster that relationship
    • Find ways for the company to be involved with the school so that we are the preferred choice for fielding candidates
      • This may include visits to the schools, involvement in the classes, mock interviews, etc.
  • Foster long-term relationships with current, past applicants, and potential candidates
  • Jira system tickets
    • New Hire list over to team for set-up of all systems.
    • Work w/DHR on any codes or areas that need to be added into JIRA forms
  • really Oversite
    • Update, refresh, close, all job openings
  • Payroll System
    • New Hire Offers
    • Non-Exempt promotions
    • Upkeep of our staffing spreadsheets
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Manager, Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Ability to keep up with industry trends
  • Must live in the Pelham, Alabama area and able to travel 80 percent of the time
  • Must be able to travel to all locations where the company has a need
Qualifications / Job Requirements:
  • Degree in HR Management or related field Recruiting experience
Physical and Safety Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.

Benefits:
All employees are eligible to receive some form of company benefits. All benefits are available to regular, full-time employees who maintain an average of 30 hours worked per week. Salary and Bonus is negotiable based on experience.
