Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager at Grid4 Communications. The position is based in Troy, MI. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to project coordination, customer satisfaction, analytical skills, customer retention, relationship building, and customer service.
