Commercial Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the facilities.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Communicates with property management staff daily on work orders and scheduled cleaning projects.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct thorough dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing of surfaces.
• Empties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickup.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
