Responsibilities
- Work on internal tools, frameworks, and infrastructure: develop new features, fix known bugs
- Support teams that use those tools
- Automation and improvement of release processes
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — e.g. Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
- Working knowledge of Dialogflow CX/ES, webhooks, and Gemini (Vertex AI) integration for conversational experiences.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python, RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and JSON-based webhooks.
- Ability to create clear and engaging developer documentation (tutorials, samples, or videos).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience working with Google, familiarity with internal Google infrastructure.
- Experience with Gemini function calling, Vertex AI Studio, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with rich messaging APIs (RBM, WhatsApp Business, Apple Business Messages, etc.).
