ACTIVE TS/SCI Required.
Bachelor's Degree Required.
Experience
8 Years in a CI HUMINT Collection Management role
3 Years evaluating IIRs
5 Years as an intelligence analyst
Responsibilities:
· The HUMINT Collection Manager shall on a recurring basis, provide subject matter expertise to INSCOM senior leaders on HUMINT collection management, including the Protection Collection Management Board (PCMB).
· Provide Government leadership with written feedback that assists with developing an executive summary of the PCMB, with a particular focus on HUMINT equities.
· On a weekly basis, attend operational update of an INSCOM MSC.
· On a recurring basis, provide products resulting from tasked HUMINT Collection
· Support publication of plans and policy, including Collection Management and source management policies, including HUMINT Operating Directives and Army Collection Program Reviews.
· Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties.
